Bully, the iconic action-adventure game, has been ported to many platforms like PC, Xbox, and mobile devices. However, there's no official release for the PS Vita. In this post, I will guide you on how to install the game on your PS Vita. This is an open-source wrapper by TheOfficialFloW that loads the official Android version of Bully: Anniversary Edition — you'll need your own legitimate copy of the Android app.

Bully is a third-person action-adventure game set in the fictional town of Bullworth. Players take on the role of Jimmy Hopkins, a rebellious teenager navigating the challenges of school life, including bullying, school cliques, and mischief-making. The game features a mix of open-world exploration, combat, and mini-games, with a humorous, satirical take on school life.
The PS Vita port retains all the original gameplay elements, offering a smooth and immersive experience on handheld devices.
Bully Storyline
The story follows Jimmy Hopkins as he attends Bullworth Academy, a private boarding school. Over the course of the game, Jimmy takes on various tasks from students and staff, helping to resolve conflicts, defeat bullies, and ultimately rise to the top of the school's social hierarchy. Along the way, Jimmy must confront bullies, school administrators, and other antagonists.
With its engaging storyline and unique setting, Bully offers a fun, immersive experience in school life like no other game.
Note: This is an open-source wrapper by TheOfficialFloW (GitHub) — it is not a bundled copy of the game. It loads the official Android executable, so you need your own legitimate copy of Bully: Anniversary Edition for Android to build the required data yourself, as shown in Part 1 below.

Part 1 - Patch Your Own Game Data
How to prepare the data from your own Android copy
1. Obtain your own legitimate copy of Bully: Anniversary Edition for Android — the .apk file and one or more .obb files (usually main.11.com.rockstargames.bully.obb and patch.11.com.rockstargames.bully.obb, located in /sdcard/android/obb/com.rockstargames.bully/). You can pull these directly from your phone or with an APK extractor.
2. Rename the .apk to .zip to open it with your zip tool. Extract the assets folder to ux0:data and rename it to Bully.
3. Still inside the apk, extract libBully.so from lib/armeabi-v7a into ux0:data/Bully.
4. Create the folder ux0:data/Bully/Android, then copy (do not extract) your .obb files into it, following the exact naming shown in the port's GitHub guide.
Part 2 - Install on PS Vita
How to install on your Vita
1. Install kubridge and FdFix by copying kubridge.skprx and fd_fix.skprx to your taiHEN plugins folder (usually ux0:tai) and adding two entries under *KERNEL in config.txt: ux0:tai/kubridge.skprx and ux0:tai/fd_fix.skprx. (Skip fd_fix if you're using the repatch plugin.)
2. (Optional) Install PSVshell to overclock your device to 500MHz, and CapUnlocker to use the 4th core.
3. Install Bully.vpk on your Vita.
4. Launch the game — the first boot may take around 3 minutes to generate index files, so make sure your Vita doesn't go to sleep during that time.
Don't worry if the game doesn't start or takes too long during the first launch, just wait or close it and open it again until it works.

Is this a full copy of the game?
No. This is an open-source wrapper that loads the official Android executable — you need to own Bully: Anniversary Edition for Android yourself and supply your own APK/OBB files, as shown in Part 1. The download here only provides the loader.
Known issues
Since the Vita has less RAM than modern phones, the official game doesn't free unused textures, so it may crash after a long play session. Just restart it if that happens.
